Builds the typed MCP protocol configuration for the gateway. MCP is currently the only protocol the service supports.
Parameters
- OptionalmcpConfig: McpProtocolConfigurationProperty
  The MCP protocol configuration property
Returns GatewayProtocolConfigurationProperty | undefined
Typed GatewayProtocolConfigurationProperty, or undefined if nothing is set
