Reduces a V8 stack frame to the MDAA package path which called addCodeResourceSuppressions, so
the suppression reason names the source rather than the checkout directory it was synthesised
from. Exported for testing: the transformation is driven by whichever package the caller lives in,
and the in-repo app branch is unreachable from a test running inside packages/constructs.
